6.4% abv … IPA – dry hop, coolship & kettle additions with 3 varieties of American hops pack Space Lion with flavors of citrus, tropical & stone fruits along with a soft pineyness.

6.5% abv … Jasmine IPA – brewed with whole jasmine flowers & rice. A blend of bold citrusy American hops and traditional Chinese ingredients results in a very refreshing & unique IPA.

5.5% abv … Belgian Style Saison – Peppery, bright and dry. Lively in the glass and playful throughout.

5.5% abv … Hefeweizen – The classic banana & clove esters from the hefeweizen interact beautifully with the lemongrass & elderflowers to create a refreshing beer

5.0% abv … Kolsch Syle – Americana is our Kölsch style ale brewed with American hops. Fermented cool and lagered like a true Kölsch style ale, Americana is pale in color & soft on the palate.

5.5% abv – English Oatmeal Stout … Fluffy, toasty and dry. Full of flavor without being heavy.

6.0% abv. … Dry Hopped Sour Ale – Æther is a pale ale brewed with wheat malt & oats fermented with our special wild yeasts. It is very lightly hopped during the boil and then dry hopped right after the primary fermentation.

8.0% abv … Flemish Style Red Ale … Antioch is a blend of ales lying somewhere between the Flemish Red & Oud Bruin styles.

6.0% abv … Sour Ale With Cherries – Oudilis Cerasus is an interpretation of a “Belgian Style Kriek” with a slight tweak. This blend was done using 3 year old Hanssen’s Kriek with Schaarbeekse cherries and a sour saison that was matured 12 months in South African red wine barrels with fresh sour cherries from Tony’s parent’s back yard.

6.0% abv … Sour Ale With Peaches & Kumquats – This version of Experimentalis With Peaches & Kumquats is a blend of 1 year & 2 year old ales matured on our garden peaches & several varieties of kumquats in Cabernet Sauvignon (Gandona Vineyards, St. Helena, CA) & Merlot (Rust en Vrede, Stellenbosch, South Africa) barrels.

8.0% … Sour Ale With Quince & Grapes – Anteros is a blend of a Brouwerij Alvinne’s (Moen, Belgium) ale aged in oak barrels with quince and with several different OEC ales matured with our own cayuga & vidal blanc grapes in wine barrels for at least 12 months.

9.0% abv … Doppelbock – This special edition of our oak lagered Doppelbock was matured in second use Colorado Straight Bourbon barrels for 4 months. Brewed in the traditional German way using Pilsner, Munich & Cara malt. A vibrant round malty body gives way to a big barrel aged finish.

16.66% abv – Still Barley Wine … a still blend of 3 year old barley wine style ales, matured & oxidized in a 5 year old beer spirit (whisky) barrel.

16.66% abv. – Still Oxidized Barley Wine … blend of 1 year old ales matured in rye whiskey & bourbon barrels and 5-year old Solera style barrel wine.

16.66% abv. – Still Oxidized Barley Wine … A still blend of 1 year old barley wines matured in rum barrels & oxidized in a 5 year old beer spirit (whisky) barrel.
